On the day of the birthday (Christmas) holiday, we attended the school of the blind in Sheikha Fatima bin Mebruk together with the first lady Znash Tayah. Spending this special morning together has shown us the true spirit of Christmas. On the blessed occasion of Ethiopian Christmas (Genna), First Lady Zinash Tayachew and I were honored to share a holiday meal with the students of the Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak School for the Blind. Spending this special morning together was a powerful reminder of the true meaning of the spirit of Genna.
