A discussion was held on the general procedure of the Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority's service delivery consultation meeting (T/M/B January 29/2018) :- The general procedure and follow-up of the consultation meeting established by organizing the stakeholders, civic associations and user representatives to help make the services provided by the Traffic Management Authority of Addis Ababa city administration more efficient. Monitoring and support as well as feedback processes were discussed. According to the Chairman of the Consultative Council of the Program, Ato Tsdek Girma, the main activities performed by the institution, especially the service delivery and complaint system, as well as the response situation, the council will work to strengthen the strengths and make recommendations to provide better services to correct the limitations. In addition, to correct gaps in services provided; Apart from providing clear and fast service, the GBU was established based on the direction from the city administration and public service office to ensure fair use. He pointed out that the advisory council will continue to provide strong monitoring and support by evaluating service delivery, good governance and general operations according to the plan and provide feedback to the general assembly and the leaders of the institution. Finally, the members of the assembly presented their thoughts and opinions on monitoring and digaf observation and general works, and the assembly chairman Ato Tsdek Girma and Deputy General Director Ato Amare Tarekhun responded and explained, and the program was completed.
