A discussion was held on the improvement of the service delivery system ********************** (T/B January 8/2018):- The senior leaders of the Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority discussed with the heads of operations of the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia the possibility of improving the service delivery system after the implementation of the automatic information and parking management system implemented last year. The director general of the authority office, Ato Kbebew Mideksa, said while starting the discussion that the service delivery provided by the city-wide institutions to the users should be modern, simple and efficient, saving time and money. With this in mind, the official reminded that the office has supported many of its services with technology, especially the control and parking services that have gone from a paper system to a digital system in collaboration with the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia. However, he said that it is important to increase user satisfaction by constantly updating and improving the technologies and applications that are implemented, so the discussion has been prepared to fill the gaps encountered. Ato Mulugeta Degefu, a system management expert at the Information Communication Technology Directorate, explained the problems encountered in the operation. They gave an explanation on the strong and encountered problems around traffic rule violations and service charges since the system was put into operation. After that, there was a wide discussion about the gaps observed in the system implementation process of both institutions and the complaints that were submitted from the customers.
