The Gulele branch office gave recognition to the parking associations that showed the best performance in the 6 months of the fiscal year ***** (T/B THSAS 24/2018):- The Gulele branch office of the Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority conducted a recognition program today for the parking associations that showed the best performance in the 6 months of the 2018 fiscal year. According to Mr. Elias Zerga, Director General of the Authority Office, the government is mainly working to reduce traffic accidents and to make the flow peaceful by expanding the parking infrastructure. He added that the ability to provide the service of parking management through automatic information and parking management system will not only help customers to get efficient service, but also increase revenue. The Gulele branch office manager, Ms. Jiywa Tadese, said that the awareness program has been prepared for 6 months in the 2018 fiscal year in terms of service delivery, revenue collection, timely payment and implementation of the system so that effective associations can become role models for other associations. Finally, the authority's office manager/director Mr. Elias gave recognition certificates to the parking associations that ranked 1st to 3rd in performance in the 2018 fiscal year, and the program was completed.
