An awareness program was held to increase the professional ethics of traffic controllers. January 7, 2018 (Arada FM) Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority conducted a summary program of the training that it has been giving for 5 consecutive rounds so that controllers can be ethical. The director of traffic control and situation management of the authority, Ayalewu Etisa, pointed out that inspectors should be ethical, properly aware of law and order, and their professional capacity should be superior when doing their work. He said that the employees have been given capacity building training regarding the use of technology and service delivery. A total of 844 traffic inspectors and 44 officers were trained and action was taken against 35 traffic inspectors who showed misconduct during the fiscal year.
