A second round of training on life skills and institutional culture building was given **************************/ (T/B February 19/2018) : Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority Standardization Service Delivery Monitoring, Support and Evaluation Directorate in cooperation with the female representatives of the institution conducted a second round of training today on life skills, "empowering women" and "building institutional culture for institutional success" for female employees of the branch office. He gave a day at the hall of the center. The main purpose of the training is to create an awareness platform that helps women to be the first for the success of their family, society, institution and country by increasing their life skills and abilities. Ms. Hawa Wabi, who opened the program with a speech, said that the role of women in building the culture of an institution is high, so it is necessary to learn from the experiences of exemplary women in the country and city. In particular, Mrs. Hawa stated that women's participation is encouraging in the activities that the institution performs to ensure peaceful and acceptable traffic by reducing accidents and smoothing the flow. The training on the topics of institutional culture building, life skills and women's empowerment was provided by (Dr.) Mehret H/Kres, director of management training at Addis Ababa City Administration Management Academy and Ms. Rachel Mulugeta, a child rights protection expert from the Women, Children and Social Affairs Bureau. In the following documents, strengthening institutional values, increasing the effectiveness of institutions, the role of institutional culture in institutional development, the nature of institutional culture, the importance of institutional culture and the interaction of institutional culture and mental structure have been explained. In addition, a wide range of topics such as life skills, self-confidence, decision-making skills and women and leadership are given to empower women in the areas of social, economic and personal development. Finally, the participants stated that they have gained enough knowledge from the training for their social life and work and that the training will be useful for them to apply the knowledge they have acquired in their institutions to do effective work.
