The institute has given education to them since it started its operation as the month of road safety awareness movement in January: _ Intersections where there are many road users, Mexico: in the bus queues at the exits and entrances of the city, at Haile Garment, in Jemo, at 4 Kilo, 6 Kilo, Army Forces, Kera, Textiles, Ayat Square, Air Health, Tulu Dimtu, Giorgis, Afncho Ber and other places. The road safety education was given by the traffic police members of the respective cities and volunteer traffic coordinators through print distribution, page by page; According to the information obtained from the respective offices, it is through vehicle loudspeakers. From the awareness, through strict control by all the branch offices, 4,587 drivers were fined for various rule violations. In particular, 650 drivers were tested with alcohol breathalyzers and 115 drivers were fined for driving over the speed limit and 3,711 drivers who drove over the speed limit were fined. In addition, 1,076 out of 2,151 pedestrians were fined if they did not follow the correct use of the sidewalk; 1,075 were given social services.
