On the occasion of Christmas, road safety education was started at the Addis Ababa Exhibition Center ********************************* (T/B December 20/2018):- The Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority has started a road safety awareness program at the Christmas trade show (bazaar) held at the Addis Ababa Exhibition Center today. Road Safety Awareness and Capacity Building Directorate in cooperation with the 11 branch offices and Addis Ababa Police Commission is a good opportunity to educate the society about road safety as a large number of residents of the city attend the trade show (bazaar) to shop. Various brochures and leaflets were distributed to the community in the same education, and it was possible to transmit voice and page-to-page messages. Atobarnabas Hailu, the leader of the awareness group, said that the awareness program will continue until the eve of the festival. During the holidays, drunk driving is a major cause of road traffic accidents.
