Road safety awareness was held in every branch office regarding the baptism festival • Control over drunk driving and other rule violations has been strengthened ********************** (T/B (12/05/2018) Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority on the baptism festival which is part of the January road safety movement program from Ketira to today at Bole Belmikura, Addis City, In Kirkos, Gulele, Ka, Arada and other branches, education was given on the roads and in different areas of awareness. 327 drivers were tested for drunk driving and other violations from 6:00 p.m., and 14 of them were fined for driving while drinking. Other 37 drivers were fined from 2 p.m. in the same district 2 drivers were fined for driving under the influence of alcohol. The same awareness and control work will continue till the end of the month.
