Akaqi Qaliti branch office reviewed the performance of the 6-month plan with stakeholders ********************** (T/M January 22/2018): Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority Akaqi Qaliti branch office held an evaluation discussion with stakeholders on the performance of the 2018 half-year budget plan. The manager of the branch office, Mr. Isa Asefa, opened the discussion by saying that at the beginning of the year, we have jointly planned activities to work in coordination with stakeholders to ensure traffic flow and safety. Ato Issa pointed out that the evaluation forum was prepared by taking the strengths of the joint activities carried out according to the plan as experience and correcting the limitations in order to achieve results in the next half of the fiscal year. The director of the road safety operation and parking directorate of the branch office, Mr. Tewodros Admasu, presented the discussion document of the day and stated that the goals of the key and major activities planned in 6 months have been achieved in the planned time, quantity and quality. They pointed out that they have recorded excellent results through strict control with stakeholders on driving over the speed limit, driving under the influence, not wearing a seat belt xena helmet, talking on a mobile phone while driving, and improper use of pedestrian paths, which are more prone to traffic accidents. He also explained that by strengthening the coordination of the stakeholders, the six months of the 2108 fiscal year compared to the previous fiscal year, the traffic control coverage has been improved and the traffic flow has been made peaceful. Questions and comments were submitted from the employees and stakeholders on the presented document and general procedures, and the manager of the branch office, Mr. Issa Asefa, gave a response and explanation and then set the next direction of work. Finally, the program was completed by giving recognition certificates to the employees and stakeholders of the branch office who had outstanding performance in the last 6 months of the fiscal year.
