#QR_CODE (T/MA/BA February 19/2018) Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority is one of the reformed city administration institutions. Currently, it is carrying out many activities to improve the road traffic flow and safety of the city and to ensure the benefit of the society. Here, he was able to achieve tangible results on road safety and flow. In particular, by supporting 14 of the 17 tasks and responsibilities given by the decree, the authority is performing its role of determining, informing, improving, implementing and controlling road use in the city more than ever before. As it is appropriate to listen to the heartbeat of the road user in this task and performance, he has developed a technology-supported system that enables direct communication with the community. This procedure is to prepare a QR code where comments, ideas, suggestions and complaints can be submitted regarding the activities of the institution. This QR code is available on social media platforms as well as at the center's various departments and branch offices. Therefore, the institution requests road users to use this QR code by scanning it on their phones to easily connect with the institution. Come on!
