Congratulations on the baptism of Jesus Christ. For Christians, baptism is a symbol of revelation, reconciliation and rebirth. Besides the fact that the baptism festival, which is one of the most popular public holidays in our country, shows great religious and cultural values; It is a bright festival which is registered as an intangible heritage of the world and is attended by many foreign tourists to promote the good image of our country to the world. In addition to the special religious ceremonies, this beautiful and colorful festival is a place where we show our culture, language, music, and national unity. I wish the festival to be one of peace, love and togetherness. happy holidays! May the Creator bless Ethiopia and its people! Mayor Adane Abebe
