Among the activities that have been observed are surface parking around Lem Hotel, 2 car parking buildings, road junction works, painting, traffic signs and signals, traffic lights, parking and rule violators fine payment system. According to the chairman of the committee, Dr. Geshew Aika, it is to see that the work of the authority's office and branch offices are done in a consistent manner and to support and monitor the work done by the city. Based on this, in the field observation, the parking management and payment system that works with the help of technology from the official office, as well as the penalty payment system for rule violators, has been made into a digital system. In addition, he said that the services provided in the office are clear and easy for customers to understand, the filing of complaints and petitions through the system, the reading and coordination of work and circulation from the manager to the expert are taken as strong points in the activities they have seen. Finally, the members of the Infrastructure and Municipal Standing Committee of the Addis Ababa City Administration Council went around and observed them and gave feedback to the top leaders of the authority's office on the directions for further focus, and the day's support and monitoring program was completed.
