According to Ato Kbebew, it is the responsibility of every citizen to create a comfortable city for citizens and to implement change. In particular, the role of the public service worker is crucial. The director general said that the government is paying attention to correcting corrupt practices. Therefore, this institution has been selected at the city level to be reformed. The reform will bring many services down to provide community-oriented services; To achieve this, the employee should be disciplined, the legal framework should be adjusted and similar works should be done. Mr. Kbebewu said that the training will be done by the employees assigned to the new labor allocation. The purpose of the training is to produce competent and ethical public service workers as the reform is comprehensive. Mrs. Hawa Wabi, Head of Financial Management Office of Traffic Management Authority of Addis Ababa City Administration, said that 16 institutions like city administration are going through this reform. According to Mrs. Hawa, the training is based on two subjects; It focuses on character building with an emphasis on ethics and the technical aspects of applied skills that enable planning. Addis Ababa City Administration Traffic Management Authority, Road Safety and Regulation Enforcement Sector Director-General Ato Amare Tarekhin said that the principle of the reform stipulates that an employee must go through training; Reform work makes us accessible to society. As Mr. Amare, the service we provide is not at the level society needs. Therefore, this training has a significant role for the employee to provide competent and expected service. The training will last for the next five days and all the three leaders stressed that the training should be conducted with strict discipline.
