The training that was given in two rounds on the implementation of institutional reform and character building was completed

(March 6, 2016):- The Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority has completed the 2nd round of institutional reform implementation training for newly assigned employees for 5 consecutive days on character building and implementation skills. Speaking on the completion of the training, the director general of the authority, Ato Kbebewu Mideksa, said that there is a need for competent and ethical civil servants to meet the needs of the society and to provide people-oriented services. Ato Kbebeu thanked the trainees and coaches who contributed to the success of the training. Engineer Elias Zerga, the director general of the authority, said that the training has a great contribution in terms of improving the service culture and will enable the reform of the institution to be carried out as required. Although the general training that was given to the directors, team leaders, coordinators and experts of the authority office in two rounds for ten consecutive days on the implementation of institutional reform and character building has been completed, it has been pointed out that similar capacity building and awareness programs will be prepared in the future. According to the official director Mr. Kebebew Mideksa, who gave a speech regarding the completion of the training, in order to meet the needs of the society to get service and to provide a service that is good to the people, a civil servant with competence and ethics is needed. mr. Kebebew thanked the trainers who contributed to the success of the training.
