Based on the 2016 fiscal year plan implementation report, the branch office has set goals that can achieve the mission of the institution in the content of the 2017 fiscal year plan. Based on the goals, a wide-ranging discussion was held at the branch office to identify the activities to be carried out in coordination with the stakeholders in the current fiscal year to reduce the death, physical and property damage caused by traffic collisions. The manager of the branch office, Ato Brook Wakoya, said that the role of the stakeholders in making the traffic flow peaceful and safe in the sub-city is high. The participants of the discussion were given responses and explanations from the relevant departments and the head of the office for their suggestions, comments and questions. Finally, the branch office signed an agreement document to work together with the stakeholders in the current fiscal year, and certificates of recognition and appreciation were presented to the stakeholders who worked together in the completed fiscal year.
